Spent the weekend here with my son and absolutely loved the hotel. The rooms, facilities and service were all amazing. Big shout out to Shreyas on reception and Christian in the restaurant for breakfast. Shreyas was so helpful, very friendly and just made sure our stay was comfortable. Christian was so lovely, welcoming and made our dining experience very pleasurable. I think you should give both guys a pay rise! Our stay would not have been the same without them. A park is across the road. It was so nice and green with plenty of space and fresh air. Close to bus and tram. We will be back. Thank you

Had a great stay at the The Terrace Hotel Adelaide. We were pleasantly surprised to get an Executive Suite at around 50% off, which was excellent value for money and amazing view.The room was spacious, comfortable, and made our stay very enjoyable. The staff were all very friendly, approachable, and welcoming throughout our stay. A few areas for improvement: more pillows would be appreciated as the room only had two pillows and one throw cushion. Bathroom grout and some glass surfaces could use a deeper clean. The towels were quite rough and could be softer for a more comfortable experience. The lift also appears to need maintenance and should be fixed as soon as possible. Overall, a very good stay with great value, accessible to all restaurant and shopping centers and we would happily stay again and recommend it to others a

Ok .....so a 3 star hotel but not the staff or the service. Hotel reception (shout out to Jan who went out of her way to find me a softer pillow) to the gorgeous restaurant team who are kind and accomodating. Did I forget to mention the meals are delish? What a breath of Fresh air . Yes its dated but in a really comfortable way . Great location . Cosy clean good sized well laid out rooms with comfortable and firm mattresses. Also a balcony for fresh air . The service is prompt professional and kind . I really like this hotel Luke is a pleasure to communicate with and the restaurant staff are kind polite and care . The food is simple delicious and comforting. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay .

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at the Terrace for 5 nights on a Discover Australia tour. From the very first staff member that greeted us everything was amazing. They allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready and gave us maps and directions to find some great lunch options. Our room was clean and spacious with spectacular views. Great breakfast each morning and we also had a couple of night time meals as well. Loved the happy hour. Could not fault this hotel.
