Decent atmosphere service was alright as well nice enough. The issue was the food. Asked to get everything all at once as both small plates were for my mums main as she didn't want to eat much. Not only did it take almost an hr for our first main but my mums smalls came in intervals of twenty mins leaving her to eat alone and just wait for the rest of the time. Personally I asked for steak frites medium rare. Not only did it take almost 50 mins, the steak was tough, definitely not medium rare, not juicy at all, burnt and cold. Definitely was sitting there for a while before coming out. Fries were decent, looked nice didn't taste like anything special. Steak sauce was decent a tad too viscous and cold other than that taste wise not complaining. I mean blame me for thinking highly of a pub steak but with a $43 price tag and almost an hr waiting time you would at least think it would be better than a cheap woolies steak you could make on ur own. Dad ordered a schnitzel wasn't great either salad was genuinely just leaves and cut up veggies. My brother ordered a fish dish I forgot the name of didn't matter anyways as they got his order completely wrong. For the price of everything even a shitty maccas would've been for dinner.

A big thank you to Arran, Amber, Max and the staff at The Unley for helping us celebrate our son's 18th birthday. It was an amazing night our son and his guests will always remember. We booked out the rooftop and upstairs bar area. It was the perfect setting. From early discussions about the event and on the night itself, the staff were always there to help us and were very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a venue for an occasion, I would highly recommend The Unley.

I recently held my daughter's 21st birthday party at this venue and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff on the night were fantastic — attentive, organised, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The food, venue setup, equipment and overall atmosphere were all excellent. In the lead-up to the event, communication was great and I was kept well informed throughout the planning process. They were incredibly accommodating with all my requests, which made the whole experience stress‑free. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion. It was a perfect night.
