Went to my local for dinner tonight with my brother who flew in from Cairns today. He didn’t think he would find a Lamb Shank that would compare to what he gets in Cairns! Well he absolutely loved the Lamb Shanks and will return to eat it again anytime. I had a Beef Schnitzel and I was really happy with my meal also. Sat near the servery counter and just watched in Awe as a highly efficient team handled a busy dinner service. Highly recommend you hit the dining room at The Waterloo Station Hotel for a meal. They also have great specials all week and an App to collect reward points to use on food and drinks. Come check it out. It’s delicious!!

The worst meal I’ve ever been served. Firstly, I had to seat myself, get my own menus & find a table in the restaurant. The pulled pork was just chunks of a roast chopped up and the sour cream was some curdled mess of I don’t know what. Not one staff member came over to the table to see how the meals were going.

First time coming here in over 16 years. We really enjoyed our meals and there were several Vegan options for my family. Will definately be back. The place has changed so much and has a nice atmosphere. The staff were great. Well done !!

The sheer fact that you can order straight from the table with the QR and not leave the table is fantastic. The service was super quick the turn around was probably less than 10mins and the food was already at the table. Staff are great Probably one of the best beef schnitzels I’ve had in a long while. 10/10

Visited yesterday with friends for a catch up. The food and ambiance were great and there is a play area for kids which makes it family friendly. I ordered a Grey Goose vodka with soda but was accidentally served plain soda at first. When I pointed it out the staff were professional and immediately poured a fresh one in front of me to correct it. Friendly team and good service recovery.
