We did not stay at the hotel just stopped in for lunch in the sports bar on the way home from the beach. We had the chicken Parmy and a steak sandwich. Huge servings perfectly cooked with fresh garden salads. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere with very reasonable prices. We will definitely return. Five stars for the food !

We stumbled across this accomodation while looking for somewhere to stay after attending Jimmy Carr at the Exhibition Centre. It didn't disappoint either. Yes the rooms were basic but well equipped (except no hairdryer). Could have done with a better coffee sachet choice PLEASE! Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Best thing was the staff Leslie and Steve. Made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond... Thank you both! The location to Exhibition Centre was really good. Tip for others is drive to Sandgate Station jump on Train 2 stops 50c each way or Curtesy bus to station with 690 bus back again 50c and 5mins to hotel WINNING!!! No $20+ taxi/uber We will definitely be back!!

Had the kids and grandchildren around for the day and spent the day at the beach so needed a quick fix. Walked around to the Brighton Hotel parked the grand kids in the playground. Ordered food and drinks online to the table. Great fresh meals and cold drinks delivered within 15 minutes by the friendly staff. Does it get any better oh yes no washing up.

Fair priced accomodation with a well presented room. The room was well stocked. The restaurant was pretty good. The staff were excellent. Enjoyed the stay. It's an easy walk from the hotel to the long waterfront walk from Brighton to Sandgate(I think that's the next suburb). It's not a long drive to the Airport which was why we needed the room to head out for an early morning flight. I'd do this again and probably will. Thanks

Amazing food, friendly staff, and excellent service. The atmosphere was welcoming, and every dish was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Had a lovely conversation a young girl named Caitlin, lovely attitude and smile.
