The staff was wonderful. The location is close to both the water ferry and the bus lines. The housekeeping department did a wonderful job keeping the hotel clean. We especially appreciated hearing Elizabeth's travel suggestions each morning in the executive lounge. In the evening Lambert and Marco were attentive and friendly. Upon check-in, we requested breakfast in the Motion restaurant rather than guest points as a welcome gift. We were not allowed to choose this option. That was the only disappointing part of our stay.

I absolutely love staying here! The service is AMAZING and the staff so friendly and professional and so accommodating! Thank you so much for the little Surprises that you have left in our room you are so kind and thoughtful! This is our second stay and both visits have been so lovely! The best part is the Buffett breakfast!!!!! THE BEST!!! and the sauna and gym facilities are super! The rooms are so clean and comfy! The Girls at reception are so welcoming and looking after us for my birthday celebration and our special get away weekend! We are always going to come back when we have to stay in brisbane, purely because of the amazing service and how they look after us so well! THANK YOU again! Until our next trip! Had a great stay at the Brisbane Marriott Hotel. The rooms were really nice and the view overlooking the river and the Story Bridge was a standout, especially at night. The gym was actually pretty good for a hotel gym with a decent range of equipment, although the smith machine did need some attention as one of the upright guide bars was loose. The sauna was great and a nice way to relax after training. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, and the location was excellent with plenty of good restaurants, bars and nightlife all within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service truly stood out across the hotel. A special thank you to Nicole at the restaurant during dinner service, she was warm, attentive, and made our evening feel extra special. Also, a big shoutout to Karma and Kylie at reception who were absolutely exceptional. They were welcoming, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back! 😊

Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel in Brisbane. The Storey Bridge rooms have a wonderful view, which is particularly special at night time. We found the room to be spacious, classy and with a stand out bathroom including a bath and seperate shower. The location is excellent, right on the river with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. It’s also very convenient to catch a city cat making exploring other parts of Brisbane easy. The hotel breakfast was also very nice, with plenty of options - excellent coffee! Unfortunately there is no “self” parking option, forcing guests to use the valet parking or to find street parking options. The downside of valet parking for us was that it took quite a long time to get access to our vehicle as the staff were often busy with check ins/ Check outs and managing other guest requirements. Valet parking was $59 per night. We would stay at the hotel again and recommend booking a storey bridge view room.
