"Loved the lunch vibe at Browns Plains Hotel today. You can't beat a good parmigiana paired with live music. The staff, especially Lyam and Say, were super professional and welcoming. Great food, great service, and great tunes. Will definitely return!"

Clean and comfortable spacious rooms, plenty of towels, good shower , mini kitchen and a good location if you want to walk to eat. Ticks every box i need when working away. Bonus point for still having biscuits in the room Another bonus point for having an easy accessible start port on the tv

I booked a hotel room this Saturday for my friends attending my big day in April. For various reasons, I moved my big day up by a week and needed to adjust the check-in date at the hotel. So I went to the hotel today to see what I could do. The manager whose name is Tennille met me at the reception. After understanding my request, she comforted me by saying she could help. I had booked and fully paid for the room via hotels.com, so simply changing the date at the hotel front desk wasn't enough, I needed to contact and inform the Virtual Agent. I was a bit panicked, didn’t know where and how to start it. Sweet Tennille showed her professional service, nice and patient , gave me a big help, eventually solved my issue. Tennille just made my day , really appreciate it, this hotel should be proud of having an excellent employee like her.

Dropped in today for a very late lunch, about 10mins before the kitchen was due to close. Was told by the lovely young girl that looked after us (Awa ?? Apologies didn't hear her name properly) that it wouldn't be a problem. In less than 10mins we had three lovely meals served with a smile. This was my first visit and if I'm in the area it certainly won't be my last. Massive props to all of the staff both out the front and in the kitchen. Again apologies because I can't give the woman that served the recognition that she deserves.

We stayed here for 2nights had Dinner there first night, i had a salad, hubby had Salmon & clams. We both enjoyed our meals. Room service excellent. On arriving back Saturday afternoon they had renewed our Towels, Toiletries and coffee, tea & sugar. Much appreciated.
