The room was clean and comfortable. The pool stays open until 10 PM, which was super convenient — it was bright and well-maintained too. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Highly recommend!

The service was good and the location is great. However, the rooms need a thorough clean. There was a lot of dust, the shower floor and the tiles in the corners did not seem clean, and I would not use the kettle due to grime build up.

A lovely stay and I plan on returning. Choi at the reception was extremely helpful w the check-in. The room was spacious and the bathroom was an impressive size. The kitchenette had everything for a quick meal. Free laundry facility (open 24 hrs and the detergent is provided) as well as the well maintained pool and sauna were fantastic too. Location was superb. Close to the Botanic Garden and main attractions of Brisbane.

Great location with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport links. The facilities are convenient and make for a comfortable stay. I do feel the pricing could be a little more competitive compared to some alternatives in the area, but overall it ticks most boxes. A pleasant stay and somewhere I would happily consider staying again

The room was very nice, well maintained, and clearly cared for. Everything felt clean and organized, making the stay comfortable from the moment I walked in. The bed was especially comfy, and the space itself was generous and easy to relax in. While there wasn’t much of a view, the overall comfort and condition of the room more than made up for it.
