Stayed here for business and was extremely impressed by both the facility and the staff. A lot of Brizzie accommodations are a bit dated but this hotel looked to have been recently remodeled. My room was huge and well appointed. Everything in the whole place- including the parking garage- was meticulously clean. The staff were incredible from the moment I checked in until I left. Very much appreciated the extra time they spent looking after a surly old jetlagged American. Thanks and I’ll see y’all again next time I’m in Brisbane!

Close to South Bank and new and clean. My main issue is the extra price of a balcony room. It doesn't have any tables and chairs!. What's the point of a balcony if you can sit outside and enjoy it? What a waste of money. I raised this with staff on check-out who wouldn't issue me a refund for the difference in cost between balcony and non-balcony room. Disappointed. The cafe downstairs is lovely though and if you want good access to Mater Hospital, it's an amazing location. Room and bed was also very comfortable.

This was once a great hotel. The cleaning and upkeep is very substandard, the price you're paying would indicate a quality stay. They cheaped out on water bottles in your room so you have to go outside to get water (boooh). Staff are kind and the aircon is great. The location is a little far away, not much but the uphill walk back is annoying.

Lovely little hotel ideally placed on SouthBank to reach anywhere. Service was excellent and my room was as large as a suite and great for working. Only things that let it down are the very old gym which very little and antiquated equipment and the strange restaurant downstairs which is not part of them but is there so doesn't offer breakfast as you would get at other hotels as part of being a Bonvoy member. Apart from that it's a great place to be based in Brisbane.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful . The room was nice and clean. Just one thing to mention, there were no shower caps or sanitation bag . Just the basic towel and shampoo conditioner. When we requested the room attendant lady she said they don’t put it in all rooms but give it on request. ….🤔I think it’s a basic necessity.
