⭐ 1/5 Really disappointing experience at Finn McCool’s. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly, which completely ruined the atmosphere for us. We felt like we were being treated badly for no reason, and the service was far from welcoming. For a place that is supposed to have a fun and friendly atmosphere, we definitely didn’t experience that. Would not recommend and won’t be coming back.

So for a relax christmas event we booked The Laneways and Causeway bar - having the small outside bit to the Side was perfect for our company which was perfect for our event size (60 people) . Alex and the team did their very best to make sure everyone enjoyed the event. If anything I think maybe we were very eager to celebrate at the start and the one bar man was a bit over run as we all went for cocktails! Later on another bar person came on to help. All the food was sent as planned we ordered lots of platters and everyone enjoyed it. The atmosphere was good, as we had the space people could talk to each other and if they wanted to dance they could go join in the main bar area. If you a looking for just a chilled friendly get together having the little bar and the area works out very well.

Good vibe, good food. I had the $17 Pizza special on Wednesday. Surprisingly very tasty! Will come back again for the vibe and food.

We had a large corporate group looking for a place to hang out after a conference day. The team at Finn McCools gave us a reserved area so that networking could continue over pints. Chloe was our designated bartender and she did an amazing job making sure that the glasses were full. Great hospitality in a fun, lively atmosphere. We will be back!!

Such a good place to kick back with a few mates or head down solo to watch the fights or footy, always a friendly crowd and the best service especially when Astrid’s working. 10 out of 10 recommend! Head on down!
