I honestly don’t know how this place manages to disappoint every single time, but somehow they do. Orders are constantly messed up — wrong meals, missing items, or food arriving cold. It feels like getting a simple order right is a challenge here. The atmosphere isn’t much better. The crowd can be rough around the edges, and it’s not exactly somewhere you’d recommend for a relaxed night out. Instead of feeling welcoming, it often feels chaotic and uncomfortable. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least decent quality. Unfortunately, the food just doesn’t live up to the cost. Overpriced and underwhelming pretty much sums it up. Even the pokies seem to be tighter than anywhere else I’ve played. Whether it’s just bad luck or not, it definitely doesn’t make the experience any better. Overall, there are plenty of better pubs around Brisbane that offer better service, better food, and a better atmosphere. I won’t ever be coming back.

Went here for dinner on Sunday with some friends. The food was certainly nice but a bit expensive for the top of the line steak vs quality and side serving size. The steak was cook to my liking though (medium rare) and the meal was nice over all. Would happily go back. The staff were all polite and helpful.

A great, central location to join in a birthday celebration.. like at least 3 other parties! Fabulous location, easy parking. Meal sizes are huge, although not served as hot as we'd like. Lamb looked fabulous, tasted a little funky. Staff are overall pleasant even if not entirely happy. The nice touch to present the birthday cake was particularly appreciated! 🎂

Have to say. As a local for years. Gaming bar staff are awesome and friendly, but literally never give a good pay out. Haven’t seen or heard of a grand in years. Food has been shit on far to may occasions than good (and been “ sorry about that”) and too many people arguing around the place. Honestly can’t recommend anything good to come there about sadly.

Great food. The eye fillet is fantastic. Also had the salmon with potatoes and vegetables. The sauce set the fish off. Top job by the chef. Been back now with wife 5 weeks straight. Clean and pleasant staff. Cold beer and wine. Worth the time and your taste buds won't be disappointed. Love the food. Best in area by far.
