I had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. Service at the front desk was so smooth and the staff are very welcoming and professional. As a solo traveller I felt extremely safe throughout the night, and the rooms have an extra lock on the door. Its not far from the train stations, making it easy to get to from the city. The room was lovely and of great value. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel also offered a complimentary eye mask and ear plugs to help accommodate for any noise or light from the city, but I think the blinds did a great job at blocking out the light in the morning. The bathroom was very clean and the shower is of a decent size, with plenty shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. The room also provides complimentary water. There is also ironing facilities, kettle, tea and coffee, slippers, a mini fridge and a safe. Overall, this hotel was very comfortable and I would be happy to stay here again.

Location is great. But this hotel operates like a backpackers (and the price reflects it). Bathroom cleanliness, particularly on doors leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of construction from 6am. And the air conditioning is controlled on a master switch ie not individual rooms (despite the illusion in your room). My room was like being in a sauna. Give it a miss.

This hotel is in a great area of downtown Brisbane. The rooms are unremarkable and small with no proper doors on the bathrooms (everything is sliding). Breakfast is expensive. Staff are super friendly and helpful, but I will say that every single time we called ahead for our car to be brought up (it's valet parking only), they would let us know it would be there and it never was. So we had to go to the concierge every single time and put in the request and wait again. Outside of their control was also a heavy dose of construction that sometimes went late into the evening. For the price, I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is clean and staffs are nice. The lobby area quite small there is few small tables in the waiting area. The room is standard with complimentary bottle of water but there is no amenity in the bathroom (expected at least a shower cap) over all I aways satisfy with the mattress, pillow and blanket (sheraton standard) cause those are mandatory for my comfort. Plus the location is quite convenient

Of course, things are bound to happen from time to time — that’s life. On this visit, the hot water wasn’t working properly one morning. I gave the front desk a call, and what impressed me wasn’t just that they fixed it quickly, but how they handled the situation. The staff were apologetic in the most genuine way, not scripted or mechanical. Within minutes, someone came up, smiling, professional, and prompt, and the issue was resolved. It’s moments like these that remind me why I keep coming back. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness make me feel valued every single stay. I truly appreciate the way they balance efficiency with sincerity — it’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers service with such care. After many visits, I can confidently say this place always works out beautifully, and I’m grateful for the way they turn even small hiccups into opportunities to show how much they care about their guests.
