I had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. Service at the front desk was so smooth and the staff are very welcoming and professional. As a solo traveller I felt extremely safe throughout the night, and the rooms have an extra lock on the door. Its not far from the train stations, making it easy to get to from the city. The room was lovely and of great value. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel also offered a complimentary eye mask and ear plugs to help accommodate for any noise or light from the city, but I think the blinds did a great job at blocking out the light in the morning. The bathroom was very clean and the shower is of a decent size, with plenty shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. The room also provides complimentary water. There is also ironing facilities, kettle, tea and coffee, slippers, a mini fridge and a safe. Overall, this hotel was very comfortable and I would be happy to stay here again.

We just finished a short brake out of cold chilli Melbourne. Stayed here 4 nights 5 days and we found the location great and very centre to go out to other part of Qld. Front desk service was informative and seamless. Customer Service was tentative and on point. Room size was nice and comfotsble. Only area which sadness me to mention is that 'make room service'. Day 1 our bed was not made. Day 2 was good. Day 3 no shower amenities replaced. While day 4 we left the hotel for a day trip and left our make room light on from 9:30 am. We can back around 3:30ish room still not made up nor cleaned. Ask for this to be attended to which took and additional ask by me to the actual team making room on the floor. Aftet 3.5 hours of us asking for the room to be made, we were able to go back into our room. Sad to say our wine glasses were simply place back on the shelf. You see I had rinse the glasses due to red wine. Glasses had finger marks and a film of not been clean. While vanity nor mirror were not cleaned. Check out was efficient.

As someone who has stayed here many times, I feel it’s important to share just how consistently wonderful my experiences have been. Of course, things are bound to happen from time to time — that’s life. On this visit, the hot water wasn’t working properly one morning. I gave the front desk a call, and what impressed me wasn’t just that they fixed it quickly, but how they handled the situation. The staff were apologetic in the most genuine way, not scripted or mechanical. Within minutes, someone came up, smiling, professional, and prompt, and the issue was resolved. It’s moments like these that remind me why I keep coming back. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness make me feel valued every single stay. I truly appreciate the way they balance efficiency with sincerity — it’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers service with such care. After many visits, I can confidently say this place always works out beautifully, and I’m grateful for the way they turn even small hiccups into opportunities to show how much they care about their guests.

Located on Mary Street in the heart of the CBD, Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane is just a 5-minute walk to the Queen Street Mall and a 10-to-15-minute stroll across the river to South Bank Parklands. While the rooms are not as modern, it has Chromecast and Wireless charging. Being colocated with the Westin, guests are granted full access to The Westin's gorgeous Nautilus Pool & Bar, their extensive gym, and the Heavenly Spa. The reception crew was fantastic! Breakfast 🥓 🍳 is excellent! They even have Asian options and wonderful Belgian style waffles. 👍🏼👍🏼

Great location on fringe of Brisbane City, Queen St Mall and equidistant to the Botanical Gardens walks and relaxing space bynthe river. Friendly Concierge and Valet team. Dinner of choice for me is next door at the Westin Signature Resturant - a standout with excellent Chef's and wait staff. .
