The reception area was absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous art deco decor with old vintage building. The room was neat and tidy, however it would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge instead of having to use tap water, and the sliding door to the bedroom was very stiff and hard to open and shut. But the overall experience was wonderful. Easy check in and and checking out, staff were lovely and the location was great. We had a lovely time.

Nice, affordable place to stay in the CBD. Close to activities and restaurants. The staff at reception were friendly. The room was clean and spacious for a couple. Strong air conditioning. The restaurant connected to the hotel was average. Generous size portions, but some of the food seemed as though it came from a box or had been frozen and heated up.

Small room with big smart TV. Good value overnight accommodation. We booked 2 rooms (for us and a friend) to go to the QPAK theater for a show. It was in a convenient location as it was only a 15 minutes walk to the theatre. Rooms were clean, and they had a mini fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, and iron and ironing board if needed. Note that access to car parking underneath is very tight, and so only suited to small cars (or motorcycles). Though I understand there is alternative parking nearby.

Genuinely the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in. When we walked into our room and lifting the toilet seat up, there was dried in faeces and hair on the toilet seat. We went down to reception where he gave us another room. The second room the bathroom was flooded so we had to go back down and given a third room. The third room was still dirty, marks all over the sheets. We went down again and we were given another new sheet which was also filthy and marks on it. I don’t understand how this hotel is getting good reviews and the pictures online of the rooms are completely different to the reality. You couldn’t pay me any money in the world to stay here again.

Good location. Staff efficient but not very friendly. Room basic but satisfactory. Carpet a bit stained. Ok for a 1 night stay wouldn't want to stay longer.
