We arrived early, and as our room was ready, we were able to check in before 3pm. Checking in was quick and easy. We were told about the restaurant and gym. Our room was on the 26th floor, the room was huge, very comfortable and clean, a credit to the cleaning staff. The view was fantastic. Our only disappointment was the lack of drawers to unpack and having to get on my knees to change the kettle plug if I wanted to use the coffee machine. (Not good for us oldies). The only noise we had was from other guests talking in the corridor as there was quite a gap around the door frame. The receptionist (Tania) was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location to Southbank, shops, restaurants, trains, buses, and casino. We would definitely stay again.

Honestly, this hotel is actually pretty great-super clean and smells nice, I was low-key shocked by the view out the window when I walked into my room. That being said, there’s one annoying thing I don’t really wanna bring up but whatever: I spent like 30 minutes fumbling with the TV late at night, I was over here thinking I was being an idiot, and it never even crossed my mind that it’s not actually a smart TV like the listing said online! Which means I couldn’t pull up any of the streaming apps I wanted to watch.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from everything. It was the ideal place to stay for the Dolphins game, and I even went for a morning run around South Bank before breakfast. Breakfast wasn't included in our booking, but we decided to have it anyway and it was excellent. Overall, a fantastic experience. We'll definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a couple of days for work. Excellent location, nice room with a comfortable bed. Not really a wardrobe just a small hanging space but for what I needed it was fine. Terrible view (but we can’t all be on the river view side and it’s in the heart of the city) Buffet breakfast was really nice. Staff were all lovely and friendly.

The hotel itself is fine. But it deliberately omits that there is no access for pickup and drop off during peak times - so you’ll need to walk round the corner. One reasonably assumes you can easily get to and from a hotel safely. Even outside of peak times, it’s literally on the street blocking a lane. This isn’t feasible for disabled travellers, or anyone with luggage, or anyone needing to travel during peak times. Hotel access information is vital yet this hotel didn’t clearly communicate it. When I asked staff why I couldn’t get transport to pick me up they casually replied “oh yeah, there’s no access during peak times.” Offering no solution or assistance. If it’s a constant known problem - find a solution and actually assist travellers.
