Thoroughly enjoyed the warm hospitality and excellent service during the two-day meeting. Everything was so well organised – from the delicious food to the seamless meeting equipment setup. And the staff are warm and friendly.

Venue needs to give more thought to people attending for multiple days as the table and chairs are uncomfortable to work on for long periods. Also the service of food and drink needs to improve. I was snapped at by a staff member for taking a drink from the trolley as apparently it wasn't my groups turn even though it was next to the table. Food was often cold even though it had only just been put out. The toilet doors also have a gap that can be seen through which was a little uncomfortable
