We organised our son’s birthday party at Kingpin Chermside and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Subharna (Sam), our event coordinator, and Sophia, our host, made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The setup was extremely well planned and organised, and the whole event space looked great. Sophia was an outstanding host—professional, friendly, and genuinely engaged with the kids. She didn’t just supervise them as part of her job; she actively participated and made the experience fun and memorable for everyone. Hygiene standards were also very impressive and clearly well maintained throughout the venue. Sam regularly checked in with us during the event to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend them. We’re already looking forward to booking another event in the future for our daughter. Special thanks to Sam and Sophia for making the day so enjoyable and memorable.

Came to KINGPIN for trivia and what a memorable night. The service from staff, particularly Faith the talented bartender and Tay who helped us so much did not go unnoticed. They were both so kind and accommodating and despite how busy it was didn't make us feel inconvenienced. Thankyou so much!

They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made us feel valued as customers. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and genuine kindness made our visit so much more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across customer service this outstanding, and Bella and Liv are a real credit to the Kingpin Chermside team. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back. Great Staff, but Food Service Needs Improvement We had a great experience with the staff today! A special shout-out to Laura, Mali, and our event organiser Sam, for their wonderful assistance and service throughout the event. Thank you for making the day special! Unfortunately, the kitchen service was disappointing. The adults’ food took a very long time to arrive, and I eventually had to cancel some of the food I had ordered and paid for. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund. The kids’ meals were also at least 15 minutes late, leaving the children hungry and eating the adults’ food before their own meals arrived. Considering we had around 30 children plus their parents, and I spent a significant amount of money on the event, I expected the food service to be better organised and the waiting times to be more reasonable. My suggestion is to have more kitchen staff, especially during busy weekends, to ensure food is prepared and served on time. This would greatly improve the overall experience and avoid disappointing guests who have paid for a party package. Overall, the staff were fantastic, but the kitchen service definitely needs improvement. Thank you again to Laura, Mali, and Sam for their excellent service.

Excellent experience at KINGPIN 🎳 Everything went perfectly from the start. We went with friends and family to the VIP lounge, and the atmosphere was very comfortable—perfect for spending quality time together. The service was fast and attentive, and the facilities are in great condition. Definitely a place I’d recommend for group outings. I would come back without hesitation 👍
