The rooms were clean and tidy, staff are happy to help and the parking and visitor parking is ample and easy to access in a typical sized car. Location to things is awesome and a short walk to a grocery store.

Wow, I have to admit, I’d never heard of QUEST before, but now, I’m officially a fan. Walking into the lobby, I immediately felt like I was part of the family. There were coffee facilities to fuel my day, lolly treats to sweeten the mood, and staff members so welcoming, I half expected them to roll out a red carpet just for me. And speaking of surprises, I couldn’t believe that DANA was a trainee. Honestly, she was so polished, so personable, and her communication skills were on point, I’d hire her in a heartbeat. She made me feel right at home, like I’d known her forever. Now, let’s talk about JESS. I was utterly blown away by her professionalism, kindness, and the way she went above and beyond to spoil me. I swear, I felt like a VIP of the year, walking the red carpet of hospitality. Her attention to detail and genuine care turned what could have been just another stay into a memorable experience. The connecting rooms were available a full three hours before the official check in time, talk about early bird perks. They were pristine, spacious, and airy, far more room than I expected. And the birthday gift Jess organized for me? Honestly, it melted my heart. That thoughtfulness didn’t go unnoticed. Oh, and let’s not forget the little touches, the complimentary Pepsi and chips. We didn’t end up eating them, but just knowing they were there if we fancied a snack was a nice touch. It’s the small things that make a big difference. Thank you so much for delivering such a positive, all round fantastic experience. QUEST has officially stolen a place in my heart, and I can confidently say it will forever be my first choice for future stays. You’ve set the bar high, keep up the incredible work.

Big room. Clean. Friendly staff. Easy parking and a lovely breakfast Cafe downstairs. However 3 weeks down and STILL they haven't released my holding deposit. I've contacted them.... still waiting!

Good location, plenty of eatery within walking distance and petrol station nearby. Underground paid parking ($20 per night, Dec 25).

Rooms are fine and bed is reasonably comfortable, although everything is getting dated. The intersection where is located is actually very noisy, but the rooms are reasonably quiet. That is if you keep it fully sealed. I had a tiny wind out window which helped to slightly ease the claustrophobic feeling. But lots of drag cars and sirens so shut it quick. Room is OK in terms of layout But the bathroom failed with odd plugs and drains plus up and down hot water constantly changing temperature. Very annoying. Also in my room, the lighting would start strobing every now and then which was disconcerting. Air-conditioning is odd in that, It is on the wall as a control, but a split system Above the band. Seemed OK in terms of being able to set a comfortable steady temperature, but the fins would randomly point downward at the bed and freeze me in the night. . Kitchenette cutlery, and cups plates, etc. are kept to a super minimum. Worked OK but you have to keep washing everything all the time constantly every day over the week. No dishwasher in the studio of course. The cologne upon entry is totally an utterly overpowering and takes quite some time to get used to. It smells nice but way way way too strong. Same with the cosmetics in the bathroom. Everything definitely seemed surface level, clean even the hallways. Artwork a bit bland and all black and white. Overall, everything very dull. Carr park very tight 2.1m high with limited camera security. Odd U-shaped entrance to car park that scraped the sides off my large tires every time I entered on my big four-wheel-drive in order to swipe in. Swipe card entrance to everything and quick card drop off upon checkout. Overall, once I understood the layout and expectations. Everything seemed quite relaxed and smooth. Overall 3 1/2 to 4 star experience could recommend if going for a quick stay maybe not a week.. And that’s coming from a massive Quest fan.
