The room features a state-of-the-art conference and meeting offering which shares the theming of the hotel. The Charleston Room is a multiuse space which can be divided into three smaller spaces: The Charleston Room One, The Charleston Room Two, and The Charleston Room Three. The pillarless room with tall heritage style windows filter the day time natural light and accesses the evenings city lights.

The Foxtrot Room at The Inchcolm is an intimate room designed for smaller gatherings. The room is ideal for executive board meetings and private dinners including inbuilt AV features. Can seat 12 people.

The Charleston Room can be divided into three smaller spaces: two of equal size and one slightly smaller. This hypnotically inviting room can accommodate up to 80 guests banquet style on round tables of 10. The ballroom is ideal for conferences of up to 80 delegates. Whatever type of gathering, your guests will appreciate the large open space with no pillars to impede views or layouts. The Charleston Room Three is the smallest of all three rooms when split. This room features an in-built plasma screen. This room is ideal for small meetings or intimate workshops.
