Myself and a group of friends checked into the Hotel yesterday, an hour after the check-in time my room still wasn’t ready as the cleaners were running behind. As we needed to leave for an event, I asked the receptionist if I would be able to grab the key and leave my bag in the room. He gave me the key, as I walked to the room there was two cleaners in the middle of cleaning it, I politely informed them I was staying in the room tonight and I just needed to drop off my bag. They watched me move it into the cupboard. When I later returned to my room last night, my entire bag and belongings were taken, the security guard on shift was incredibly unhelpful too. This was an incredibly stressful situation as I had no clothes, toiletries or personal belongings. I completely understand mistakes happen, everyone is human, and often staff are understaffed and overworked. But better communication between the employees at this establishment would have helped avoid this situation all together.

The actual hotel apartment is great. Large lovely units with smart TV, air conditioner, kitchen, etc. I like it here and recommend it to you. The only problem is its not very clean. I mean the Towels or sheets are clean but the general cleaning has problem. I need to bring antibacterial wipes and clean the remotes, tables, wall switches, kitchen equipment,chairs and this time even the toilet wasn't refreshed. Other than that its very cute and comfortable.

We booked a 2br king and 2 singles. Very outdated rooms and kitchen. Old carpet. King is just 2 singles pushed together. Washing dryer is old and doesn’t work properly. Not 4 star hotel worthy. Location isn’t bad, have to drive to all places. 4 star deserves a coffee machine and little extras. Indoor pool is a plus.

Lovely leafy inner courtyard, undercover parking at $10 per day. Clean, spacious apartments with all modern cons.

I was surprise with the apartment, it was spotless, modern looking and well iluminated. I will highly recomend it to stay when going to Canberra for business or holidays.
