Took the kids for dinner. The facility itself is nice enough. Playground suitable for small children, not so much for the older ones to do. The food was just fine. The schnitzel was burnt around the edges but most of it was fine. Relatively fine size for the price. The garlic prawns was a let down. There were 10 prawns, but barely enough sauce or rice to be called a meal (especially at over $30) and they tried to murder it with parsley. Only real redeeming quality was the "free kids meal" with any adult meal so they had dagwood dogs with chips. Portion size was ok, didnt get a choice on the sauce which was disappointing. No kids dessert included in the "free" kids meals. The sides dishes were ordered afterwards because everyone was still peckish. The onion rings were good, the salad was fine for a salad. The vegies were all undercooked and very wet. Aside from that, the staff were lovely, the drinks were cold and we would probably go back with the kids again.

Came in for dinner with barely anyone seated. Ordered dinner and drinks for my family $143 later and we waited over 45 minutes for our food and by the time we finished, we still had not received our drinks with my daughters drink sitting ready to pour and the staff standing around talking. My daughter and I ordered medium rare steaks and the steaks were far from medium rare. When we pay for food, we expect service and the correct style of steak to be brought out to us and within a reasonable amount of time. Not happy at all.

Great service and atmosphere. Probably the best pub menu and meals I've ever seen and eaten; extremely delicious, generous portions, and lots of options. Steaks cooked perfectly. Awesome play area for kids. Can't wait to go again.

Love this place, has a playground for the kids, plently or space, there's facepaint and balloons for the kids on Sundays.... BUT the 10/10 review is because I had the BEST dessert of my life here. The fried custard with rhubarb changed my life. Please please please consider bringing it back, or putting it on the permanent menu!!!! Please 🥺🙏🏻

I didn’t stay in the hotel but I did go for lunch and Jade was amazing, rushing around to get every meal to each person within a reasonable amount of time (she should be a track star). Once we were done our meals she asked if we enjoyed it.
