Great place to stay for our first time in Palm Cove! Location is perfect and it’s great that they offer a carpark with your stay. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist, they even gave us a free bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary. Another highlight was the buffet breakfast, great selection of savoury and sweet options. Although I do wish the buffet breakfast included fresh coffee, only coffee machines are included. Only thing stopping me from giving this 5 stars is the overall feel and look of the resort. You can tell when the resort first opened it would’ve looked incredible, but the rooms and hotel is looking a bit dated. The bathrooms of the of the rooms especially.

I stayed at Peppers Beach Club & Spa in Palm Cove with my family for 3 nights and overall had a great experience. We booked a package deal, which offered excellent value for money. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool is impressive in size, although the water was quite cold, including the spa pool, which did not feel heated as expected. As an Accor Gold member, I also received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The room was spacious. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again if I return to Palm Cove.

Molly on the front desk saved this review. It would have been 2 star. The room we paid for was Ocean View, but was not cleaned well, curtains were faulty and the ocean view was poor (second floor). When we mentioned this to her she swung into action and moved us to another room providing great service. Pools are EPIC Palm Cove precinct is AMAZING Poolside drinks not as good as we hoped. Food is OK. Staff were great.

My wife, daughter and I recently stayed at Peppers Palm Cove to celebrate my daughter's 2nd birthday. We were very impressed with both the Peppers property and Palm Cove as a destination. Status recognition for Accor+ Explorer Platinum was excellent. I received an email about a week before the stay with the team offering to help with any pre-arrival questions. We received a substantial upgrade from the base category to a 'penthouse suite' (as marked on the door but I couldn't find this category online) and very generous welcome gift of cut fruit, cookies and processo. The buffet breakfast selection was modest but high quality, the freshly cooked sugar dusted donuts were outstanding. Barista coffee was proactively offered. Early check-in and late check-out were both offered on request. Drink vouchers for status guests (now in the ALL app) were redeemable at the pool bar for anything on the menu including frozen cocktails, which were delicious. The pool bar staff were under the pump with many guests using the pool, but they stayed friendly and jovial. The pool itself was massive with a couple of sandy areas, plenty of sun lounges, and enough space for several groups of guests to enjoy themselves without bothering others. The property location in Palm Cove is fairly central - directly across the road from the designated beach swimming area, a kids playground, and a short stroll from restaurants, cafes and bars. Parking is underground and can be tricky to find initially - the car park entrance seems to depend on which building you're staying in. If arriving by car just park temporarily on the main strip, check-in, then you'll receive a security pass to access to parking as well as directions.

We came up to peppers for our honeymoon and had a late check in, the staff were very friendly and helpful and they offered us a complimentary bottle of champagne for our honeymoon which was really nice. The pools are fantastic and very clean, there is a wide range of quality food options available from the buffet area. We loved how the native trees are incorporated into the buildings and the location is so close to the safe swimming beach area. The room we had was ok the spa was great however the bathroom had little to no bench space for anything, but the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.
