We really enjoyed staying at Peppers for couple of nights. The room was spacious, we had the spa studio, with direct view of the beach. The restaurant barista made awesome coffees. The lagoon pool with a pool bar was definitely the main feature, very spacious with lots of lounge chairs. On the day we were leaving they were doing some maintenance work around the pool grounds and as a nice gesture offered everyone at the pool free cocktails as thanks for putting up with the noise. Loved getting a coffee in the morning and crossing over to the beach for a morning walk.

Stayed 4 nights a few weeks ago. It was so nice that we were only booked for 3 nights but we tried to get in for the last 2 nights of our trip. Luckily the wonderful staff found us a room for the 4th night but unfortunately they were fully booked for the 5th night. We absolutely loved the location, the friendly staff, the beautiful rooms and the amenities, especially the beautiful pool and bar. We are looking forward to coming back again this year. Thank you to all the staff at Peppers for making our stay perfect 😊 Alison

Great place to stay for our first time in Palm Cove! Location is perfect and it’s great that they offer a carpark with your stay. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist, they even gave us a free bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary. Another highlight was the buffet breakfast, great selection of savoury and sweet options. Although I do wish the buffet breakfast included fresh coffee, only coffee machines are included. Only thing stopping me from giving this 5 stars is the overall feel and look of the resort. You can tell when the resort first opened it would’ve looked incredible, but the rooms and hotel is looking a bit dated. The bathrooms of the of the rooms especially.

I stayed at Peppers Beach Club & Spa in Palm Cove with my family for 3 nights and overall had a great experience. We booked a package deal, which offered excellent value for money. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool is impressive in size, although the water was quite cold, including the spa pool, which did not feel heated as expected. As an Accor Gold member, I also received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The room was spacious. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again if I return to Palm Cove.

We had a fantastic stay here! As many of the reviews have said it is a little run down, but that didn't stop us enjoying ourselves. The pool area is so incredibly lovely, soaking up the sun and swimming here was by far the highlight. The swim up bar for cocktails is a great novelty. Buffet breakfast was good, lots of options eg eggs/mushrooms/tomatoes, pancakes, yoghurt and cereals, pastries, juices. The breakfast chef made the effort to say hello every morning. All the staff were friendly and accomodating, especially Gary who helped us get some vouchers for free drinks. Being able to hang around the pool until our room was available for check in was appreciated. The gym is pretty underwhelming, a few bits of equipment. It is a very family friendly resort. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants etc on the main street of Palm Cove. Would definitely recommend staying here!
