The hotel is cozy, family-friendly, and very charming, with a perfect central location—ideal for visiting nearby wineries and close to great restaurants. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and pleasant; some even have direct access to the rear gardens. At the back of the property, there’s a lovely river that creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also offers several areas to unwind, plus convenient self-service stations in the hallways with coffee, milk, tea, and sweeteners. Breakfast is fresh, generous, and homemade in style. There is ample uncovered parking available, and the service is warm, friendly, and easygoing. Overall, a beautiful experience and highly recommended.

This is the most wonderful place. Have no hesitation in booking! A wonderfully warm greeting upon our arrival. The rooms are spotless, with stunning views out over the grounds. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. If I was looking for a wedding venue, this would be my No.1 choice... (but I am too old to be getting married again. 😁) A big thank you to the family who own and run Oscar's on the Yarra. You run a beautiful hotel. In my words 'A diamond'

We stayed 2 nights at Oscar's in the Riverside standard room. It was comfortable and clean, with a small balcony leading to the tranquil river. We especially loved the pool table and quiet lounge areas to relax during the evenings. The hospitality from Sophie was amazing. She accommodated for our needs with an infant, making our trip very memorable. Highly recommended. We will be back🙏

Enjoyed an absolutely incredible stay at Oscar's. The room was lovely and the staff were kind and friendly, and extremely accommodating. Easily the best hoteliers I've encountered. Would definitely recommend to vegans as the staff were happy to make my partner a vegan-specific breakfast with a delicious mix of vegetables and homemade baked beans every morning. The staff were also super helpful with suggesting local activities, providing hiking and restaurant recommendations.

We absolutely love staying here! This was our second visit and equally as good as our first experience. Christine is a wonderful host and the breakfast crew were equally amazing. We find this guest house to be so relaxing and comfortable. The interior is beautiful! The grounds are gorgeous and immediately sent us into 'relaxation' mode. Hope to visit again sometime soon, we love it!!!
