We just got back from an amazing 5-night stay at Rydges Ringwood with our group of 8 rooms, and honestly, it was brilliant, everything went so smoothly. Tonya from the team was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was super responsive, genuinely helpful, and really went the extra mile to make sure we had exactly what we needed. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much to Tonya and the whole team. 🙌

Very clean Buisness hotel - lacks a lot of hotel amenities such as a pool - the restaurant can be exceptionally nice yet mid week it can be extremely bad as well - could be due to staffing ect - definitely not a reason not to use this hotel. The area is Ringwood - and your in a polished little bubble with the train station and large modern shopping centre near. Great for business or appointments ect - don’t think I would come here for a holiday however - a very boring place unless shopping is your goal - in that case pretty decent

I stayed here with my mother and baby for one night at short notice. We were really impressed with the rooms which were quiet and modern, and the beds were amazing! Food at the restaurant was delicious, and Belinda on the front desk was really welcoming and helpful.

Stayed here after attending a Wedding. There were 3 of us sharing an apartment style room. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast was included and was buffet style. Food was great. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again sometime.

The keycard for my room didn't work. Reception said it was a low door battery. It took him about 20 mins to change and yet the keycard I was given still did not work. If I wanted to go out then to be let back into my room I would need to go via reception and would be let me back in to my room using reception's master keycard which did work. He was not even at reception when I arrived to check-in. I had to wait for about 10 minutes for him to return which I didn't mind at all BUT to have to go via reception to be let back into my room after I have already checked-in is NOT fine. Additionally, the tv did not work when I switched it on, he was able to fix this quickly however their google chromecast option did not work which he promptly blamed on previous patrons and left it at that. He offered to pay for dinner for the inconvenience. I ended up ordering room service as too much hassle having to go via reception to be let back into my room if I went out - an absolutely ridiculous solution. Further, when I did order room service I was then told $50 was the credit they'd put towards my meal, not completely free. I ended up paying about $38. I was only there for New Year's Eve and they managed to ruin the early part of my evening salvaged only by my ability to hook up my own laptop to the tv. The food from their in-house restaurant wasn't that bad but it was cold and the tiramisu was terrible. Turns out it would have been better value for money if I'd gone out and bought dinner myself. Only plus was that the room was quiet and peaceful and the bed was comfortable. In the end I didn't mind staying put but the in-house restaurant was expensive and not worth it.
