After a lifetime of working in the office, the pandemic shifted me to working from home and I absolutely loved it. It gave me back up to 2 hours a day in travel time. Instead of sleeping in, I used that time for myself, workouts, meditation, journaling, things I never seemed to have time for before. Post-COVID, our team decided to come back to the office one day a week and we chose Waterman Caribbean Park. I will admit, I was dragging my feet at first, but that changed very quickly. The location is so convenient, parking honestly feels unlimited, and the facilities are excellent. It makes coming into the office easy, not a chore. Now it is something I genuinely look forward to. The drive is simple, we grab breakfast together at Middleman, and we all love the complimentary coffee. It has actually brought our team closer together in a way we did not have before COVID. The meeting rooms are great, having the Hyatt right there is perfect when we have customers in, and the à la carte restaurant just adds to the overall experience. Waterman has really nailed the balance, it gives you all the benefits of being in an office without the usual downsides. Such a complete offering.

Absolutely stunning and well mapped out space. Ample parking, great cafes onsite, exquisite structural landscape gardens, lots of space to outdoors to have space for yourself or to be in groups. Bbq facilities, water features and a vibrant and energetic vibe. 10/10!
