Earp Distillery Barrel Hall
Our Barrel Hall is a spacious blank canvas space, situated at the rear of the distillery allowing your group a secluded area to celebrate in. Enjoy this industrial-chic space, complete with exposed brick and black steel beams, high ceilings and its own dedicated bar. There is an "annex" space in this room that suits performance stages, breakout-spaces, or a dance floor. Please note that for groups under 80 guests, exclusive use of this space is not guaranteed but any sharing arrangements will be discussed prior to booking.
Earp Distillery Bar
This light-filled distillery bar is full of life and energy. Perfect for smaller groups and intimate gatherings, you’ll be seated amongst our day-to-day patrons on one or more tables for your canape or dining event, with full space hire available upon request. Whether you choose to order a la carte or opt into a food and drinks package, we have everything in place to make your day stress free and memorable.

Surprisingly solid venue for an event. Had a dinner here and the tables were quite long, and wasn’t conducive for general chit chat. Dance floor was before the bar (small area) that was away from the dining area. Navigating the space was challenging, between the tables but the place was beautiful and the acoustics could be improved - sound got quite loud and fast. Food was surprisingly nice, great choices in terms of food especially for 200+ people, however did wish the food had more bolder flavours and leaned into their titular names. Had alot of fun though, especially with the kitchen being an open one next to the dining area. We had a choice of a few drinks as welcome drinks - rum was definitely a standout!

We went for the blending date night last night and had a wonderful time! We got to taste a ton of flavor options and mix and match what we wanted. The food was delicious and definitely worth the price included in the ticket. Nes and Elliott were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We will definitely be back to try blending a different alcohol!

We celebrated our wedding reception at Earp in February and it was amazing! Kat and the team were attentive and had great communication throughout the planning process, nothing was an issue especially with a large dietary wedding. The night ran so smoothly, the food was so delicious- we had so many guests commenting on the food!! The wine and beer list included was amazing quality and everything felt like next level compared to other venues we looked at. A night we will never forget, take me back!! Thanks Earp xx

The venue itself is such a nice vibe, and the staff were really welcoming. The orencello spritz is one of the best drinks we have tried in a while, we loved it so much that we bought a bottle to take home. All the food was amazing too. We aren’t locals, but we will definitely be coming back when we come to Newcastle again
