Had an amazing time at North with friends and family. The hotel was packed, and we arrived earlier than our reservation time, however the staff were able to allocate us a table. The wait time for the food was long as it was crowded however the food was worth the wait. We ordered parmi, cheeseburger, chicken wings, chicken burger. Every dish was amazingly tasty.

Had my 40th here last month and it was amazing! Food was delicious, bar service was friendly and fast. Organising the event was really easy. Jessica was easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. All my guests had a great time and had nothing but compliments. Would do my party here all over again!

Will not be attending this venue again. Nor would I recommend anyone to this venue. I attended the venue to watch the ufc and have an early birthday celebration. Firstly I had booked a table for our group in which a random group had taken and removed the reserved sign. Secondly The bar was dramatically understaffed generally taking 15-20 minutes to be served. The service was that atrocious I was going to order rounds of drinks and some entrees before our whole group made lunch orders but the 20 minute wait to get drinks put me off, considering the app to order food said there was a 45 minute wait on food before I ordered. Whilst I was inside waiting in the line at the bar my table in which I had booked was swamped by randoms. Mind you 4 orders that weren’t ordered to the table came out. I feel the staff were mis managed and understaffed.

We recently had our wedding reception at North gong and the staff and the vibes were amazing. We wanted something super casual and fun and they absolutely delivered. Jess was so wonderful to work with and was extremely communicative and supportive throughout the process of planning the day.

My family and I found this gem on the weekend, and went both days for drinks and a meal. Great location, clean, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, delicious. Great crowd there watching the AFL Grand Final on Saturday. The big screen on the deck, outdoor bar are bonuses. The kids even got to shoot some hoops on the court! My new local when I’m in Wollongong, thanks Guys!
