Clean, fresh, and wonderfully quiet with a great view. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Honestly some of the best hotel pillows we’ve slept on. A special thank you to Anna for her wonderful service and genuine smile. It really made our stay feel welcoming. The buffet breakfast is $35 per person with no time limit until service ends, which we appreciated. The food was excellent! Perfectly cooked sunnyside-up eggs, fresh fruits, and nice pancakes. The only downside was the coffee. It wasn’t filter coffee as advertised but from a machine, and it had a slightly ashy taste, especially noticeable with the black coffee options. Our only other minor issue was the window. On level 11, We had a gorgeous view of the beach and golf course, but the dusty glass slightly dulled it. After a quick wipe, though, the view was crystal clear. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

The staff were lovely. Willing and able to help with a smile. Had a lovely meal in restaurant with our family. Food was perfect as were staff. Room was good, had executive suite with 2 doublebeds and balcony. View was not so good as was back courtyard that was being upgraded. Sea view would have been better. Breakfast was ok. First morning we were late, 9.30am, and the hot food was dired out. Much better next 2 mornings when we were earlier. All in all would highly recommend, if only for the lovely staff.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Sage hotel. It was in a great location close to the city but less than 5 minute walk to the beach and the foreshore walk. Great pool area to relax in, buffet breakfast had everything you could ask for, restaurant had a nice selection of dishes from light meals to mains and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. One of the things that stood out and impressed us the most though was the staff. Every member we had contact with was so friendly and helpful which made such a difference to our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Convenient location (bus stops to the city centre close by). Shoutout to Aaron at the front desk who was very nice and checked us in smoothly. We were given a room earlier than our check-in time but this depends on availability, good to check before arrival. Room and facilities are clean. Pool is a comfortable enough temperature. We enjoyed using the pool thoughout our stay. Overall, can't complain and this might be out go-to hotel whenever we are in The 'Gong.

Yet another enjoyable stay. Perfect stay for a weekend getaway. The sage has fantastic staff. Bushra at check-in is brilliant. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying again soon.
