Saw Jimmy Carr with 2 friends. Parking is a nightmare as you need to find street parking or use the parking from other nearby venues. Nearby parking lot was charging $10 cash only entry despite being already full. Entry was very unorganised with a long queues running down the street instead of using barricades to create a safe entry. Watched security fumble their hands through a ladies purse at the bag check. Once inside the foyer is very compact making it difficult to move around. The seats are hard plastic and very uncomfortable. We got numb bums and my friends back started to ache. Highly recommend you take a cushion. Inside was stuffy and felt like there was no air conditioning. Toilets are small and had a queue going outside. Enjoyed the show but not the venue.

Parking at this venue is not the greatest and can be quite difficult, especially during busy events. Inside, the arena layout is good and easy to navigate, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, my seat was broken and not very comfortable for the duration of the game. The air-conditioning worked well at first, but it seemed to be switched off before the game ended, which made things uncomfortable. I’ve been here a couple of times before for Disney on Ice, and once during a Dragons vs Bulldogs game—parking on that day was an absolute nightmare. On a positive note, I did enjoy the cheeseburger I bought before the game. It was a bit overpriced, but that’s to be expected at venues like this.

Seats were unobstructed, service at bar was quick and entry in was quick too.

The sound system was excellent, making for an enjoyable experience. Checking in was smooth and hassle-free. There was plenty of legroom, which added to the comfort. However, the women’s restroom could use an extra toilet and better lighting. Overall, the toilets felt outdated and in need of a refresh.
