We can’t speak highly enough of the Conference Audiovisual team. Our hybrid online/in-person conference relied on their skills and we are so happy and grateful for their effort to make sure it went smoothly. Each team member went above and beyond to help us and to make sure that the set-up worked for our attendees (including help us navigate the best positioning of the equipment and room set up, so that our attendees in wheelchairs and with complex needs were fully included) . Adam made our attendees feel like VIPs when shooting pieces to camera, and Josh calmly kept everything running smoothly despite lots of special requests. We are also grateful for David and Trevor for explaining everything so well to our volunteers during the planning phase. The price was also very fair. 6 stars!
