Popped in for lunch, staff super friendly and the food arrived in a timely fashion. The food was perfectly cooked and as requested. The Moroccan squid was divine ( had to try as new to the menu). Will come back again.

What an amazing venue one that sets the atmosphere for any occasion. We had an absolute blast for our sons 21st birthday. Staff were amazing from the beginning to the end. Our events manager / coordinator for the evening Deep was truly amazing. Nothing was an issue for her. What was really reassuring was that she did everything with a genuine smile. When service is carried out like this it needs to be recognised. Thanks Balaclava Hotel, we will see you soon for our next function.

The Balaclava Hotel was genuinely amazing to work with from start to finish. Lee, you are honestly the best - thank you so much for all the time, care and effort you put into making the day run so smoothly. My team came up to me countless times throughout the day to say how much they absolutely loved the venue, the food, and how welcoming and attentive the staff were. Everything was organised so seamlessly, which made such a difference and allowed everyone to really relax and enjoy the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting or a better team to work with, the whole thing was truly fantastic. Venue manager on the day was Amazing too!!

The food is such a great price, amazing portions and delicious! The atmosphere is calm and cozy, light candles on the table and have the fire place going. We came on parma Wednesday and got parma and pot for $20 :) Only thing id fix is the wobbly tables but other than that 10/10

The food was excellent, the staff were attentive, and every detail was handled with genuine care.
