Friendly & Easy going staff Easy checkin procedure Check-in email fill in name details, credit card information, upload photo of ID. Add any add-ons eg Platter on arrival or Breakfast in the morning. Be ready to upload app to use as a key to access Room, Carpark, Pool, Gym & Sauna. Clean & Classy Superior Twin which accommodated me ,my partner & 12 yr old child. Huge shower Beautiful robes & slippers. Air conditioning Massive TV, Beautiful amenities Francas Restaurant has a Warm& Welcoming ambience. Great choice of wine & Beer the Prosecco is my choice followed by a Bellini cocktail We had the Tonnato Dip, Rigatoni Ragu Alla Bolognese, Caponata Pizza & Kids Meatball Pizza .Compliments to the chef all meals were delicious.

Excellent rooms, service and spectacular location with stunning views. If you're travelling on spirit of tasmania couldn't ask for a better stopover. Franca's ristorante was excellent too.

A very decent hotel. Would stay again in the future! The location is perfect, right opposite the Pier, views are spectacular at sunrise. We got upgraded to a two-bedroom family suit, the facilities are new and sparkling clean. I am sensitive to dust mites so extremely picky about cleanliness. Beds are comfy, rooms are fitted with heater and air conditioning. They are currently undergoing renovation, but very minimum disruption to the guests. Continental breakfast were offered for $15, very basic though, not many options, but my family enjoyed it a lot.

I had pre paid for the rooms (long stay) and they would not refund any money because my trip got caught short. The website said it had a gym and a pool but after I checked in I asked to use it and they told me that they don't have one yet.

We spent a lovely night and extended our next day until 6pm. We had a king suite which was perfect with 2 young children who were able to sleep on the couches (this is a great feature offered by this chain and we have stayed with them in many locations as (up to 2) kids under 12 can stay free). We had a lovely view of the water and Geelong. There is construction work however our Saturday night stay was not affected. Staff were lovely from the gentleman when we checked in to the lady who assisted us in extending our stay for the day. Our bed was comfortable and the rooms cosy. The kitchenette was perfect, there was no dish soap would be my only feedback but nothing major (and I'm sure if needed / our stay was longer would have been supplied). We will be back and look forward to the new facilities (indoor pool was mentioned!) when the construction is finished.
