It's been for months since my last visit to BearBrass, and what do I order again...their fish of the day special. Last time it was barramundi, today it was snapper. Again it came with a nice tangy salsa verde, but today it was paired with broccoli. The fish was moist and you could hear the crispiness of the skin. The broccoli was the way I like, still with some bite to it. Such a healthy main leaves room for a bit of indulgence afterwards. I chose my favorite dessert, profiteroles and a cup of coffee to finish off with. What I like most about BearBrass, along with the pleasant staff and enjoyable location, is the consistency of the experience. Whenever I go there, I know I'm going to enjoy my lunch visit. (I haven't been there for breakfast since pre covid days when they were open in the early mornings on weekdays... I'll soon check out their weekend breakfasts).

Attended this lovely establishment for a company event on a hot summers evening. The service was great from all the staff and the drinks were delicious. Food was okay however it was a very busy Friday night and the staff would have been working double time to meet demand. I’d definitely visit this location again, probably indoors if the temps are up.

Had chicken schnitzel which was very well done and taste great and decent sized(very big) portion as well. Wife had roti with spiced chickpeas and they were absolutely so flavourful so much wanted to swap. Excellent service from staff . Might come again for those chickpeas.

We had a quick bite before a river cruise. Staff were very accommodating in getting our order going so that we had time to eat before the cruise. Food was great and I would definitely go back again. Fish tacos were a good choice for our young diner who could assemble them himself. Nice experience, but be sure to go in through entrance facing the river, as we were told off for going through the side from the shopping centre.

We recently dined here and had an awesome experience, initially was apprehensive sitting outside on what was a typical cold winter evening but found the heaters were more than adequate and kept us toasty and warm throughout the evening. The staff were very friendly and checking on us throughout the night. We both enjoyed our meals and recommended BearBrass when in the Southbank precinct.
