This room is most popular with weddings and comes complete with its own separate bridal suite &; dedicated events manager to ensure your day runs smoothly. Recently refurbished the beer garden is stunning space for a casual style event, perfect for Birthdays, farewells, casual cocktail parties, casual weddings and after work drinks. 21st birthdays & engagements are very popular in this space. The beer garden can be booked for exclusive private hire. The space has access to its own bar, stunning water views, large market umbrellas and plenty of shelter with heating. Aux connection to play your own music as well as an option to have your small acoustic musician or DJ. The garden is available for day or evening bookings: Day sessions any time 11am - 4:30pm (max 4 hours in length) Evening sessions any time 5pm - midnight (max 5 hours in length)

The Brighton & Esplanade rooms are a stunning space located on level one of the venue. The rooms are very popular for meetings, conference and smaller intimate cocktail events and private dining. The room can be used as one big room or split into two smaller spaces with a partition sliding wall, which is perfect for conference that need a break out space. One end of the room has a drop down screen & projector, microphone as well as  stunning bay views, an ornate original decorative fireplace.
