I had outstanding service from all of the staff when I stayed at the hotel. Everybody was very friendly and efficient as I ordered drinks and food. In particular I would like to highlight Manish. When I checked in he was very kind and made checking in a pleasure. He explained everything, including where my room was, how to access it, where to park, discount on food, etc. He also engaged me in conversion as he worked - something that happens so rarely. He is a credit to your company.

I graduated at this venue in 1997 and my neice graduated in 2024 so I tjought I would have my 40th birthday here. I am lost for words. Everything was amazing. Cant thank the staff enough especially Carmel who put up with my constant needs and never complained. Highly recommend this venue.

Today I held a Christmas Lunch for my work team of 30 people. 10/10 service. Food was great, was brought out to everyone on time and the bar staff and server team were fantastic! Super friendly. Well done to all. It was a busy afternoon with a few different work break up’s but the service was still amazing. Very happy with how everything went and I will definitely be back again.

Rooms are fine for the price and include a free drink. Roast lamb for $16 was a great meal. The showers are made for the vertically challenged, the head being about 190 cm high. Interesting 1970s style enormous hotel.

Stayed over night for work the staff are awesome if you need accommodation its great the bathroom is a little compact but the food is good and shardul the bartender was really friendly and professional it’s got everything you need for a short stopover.
