Absolutely amazing. Stayed here for 4 nights, great location if you want to be close to everything in the cbd. Nice rooms but the best part about our stay was the incredible staff, particularly Gregor & Madisyn. They gave us great recommendations about the area and restaurants, helped us with bags during the rain and packing them in the car. They even have a laundromat next door if you stay longer which is only $5. I want to thank them heaps for making our stay super comfortable, relaxing and just overall very enjoyable knowing there’s great staff to help if you needed anything. Highly recommend especially the rooms with balconies of the top 2 floors with the most incredible natural light and views of the city. They also give you these warm cookies on arrival which are baked fresh everyday, and you can always get more for free!!

Excellent service and beautiful surroundings! The staff were attentive and efficient, always ensuring I was comfortable. The room was spotless and had a modern design with thoughtful touches. Breakfast was delicious and well presented. I also enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a busy day. The location was convenient for exploring the area. This hotel provided the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. I highly recommend it!

Just flew in from LA after a long 16 hour flight. What a wonderful friendly welcome by Faith at the front desk. Excellent customer service. Makes you feel special. Also Nos and Lace from breakfast very kind amd make a great coffee. Very friendly atmosphere and vibe. Great location. A kind compassionate friendly team 5 stars

The atmosphere and service were all good, but we really didn't appreciate the thin, THIN walls... The shower didn't have a door or anything to stop the water from splashing out, which was another stress factor. The TV kept lagging and/or buffering, and at one point, the remote just stopped working so we had to call someone over, but nobody answered any of the internal numbers so we had to call the hotel from our mobile to be put through. The check in and check out were smooth and the front desk staff were friendly, and the location is not too bad, but those everyday life things got in the way to really enjoy our stay.

How could I forget to leave a review!! I had the LOVELIEST time at DoubleTree by Hilton in May 2025, all thanks to Faith, John P and the team! Upon check-in, Faith was amazing. We wanted to upgrade our rooms and she offered to take us to look at them. Of course we chose the room that had full length windows and it was so worth the extra moolah! John P and Faith also regularly check and made sure our stay was good. We stayed for 7 nights (I think) and John P gave us complimentary breakfast (such an unexpected sweet gesture!!). On the day we checked out, Faith and John P made sure to catch us before we checked out and even gave us a little card and souvenir. Of course we wrote them one too & gave them some goodies because our stay was amazing because of them, truly. ‼️To the management: They deserve a raise and a big bonus! We will be coming back again and recommending ALL our friends to stay here too ✨🥰 Honestly the best place I’ve ever stayed because of the team, hands down. With love, Ben and Cecilia 🇸🇬
