Had my 50th birthday celebration here, the process of booking the venue right through to the day, communication was great. Chloe was very helpful from start to finish. The food, service and hospitality was amazing and the person looking after us on the night was very friendly and helpful. Photo booth was a great addition so well worth it. The value for money was also spot on. Dj very friendly and everyone loved the music ( i would suggest not taking requests from guests until later in the night as i didn’t have most of my music I had requested for the night) but he was really nice and easy to talk to. I would definitely book the Hallam hotel in the future

Service was fast, friendly staff. Plenty of screens playing various sports if you're into it, and a lot of seating space. There's a pool table to pass time, and the regulars were quite welcoming too. The outdoor area has some trays for smoking. Overall a good place to spend time, I can definitely see myself coming here more often. (Review of the actual Pub out the front, not the restaurant or casino behind it)

Booking the table on line was easy. All the nine meals were of high quality. It was a little bit dark in there but not too bad. The QR code ordering for food and drinks was seamless. Drinks came out quickly. Meals not too long after that. Couldn't see Almond milk choice in coffee section of QR code ordering. But that's ok. I'm not sure if there is a comments box at the end of QR ordering to say..... please bring the one entree meal ordered out at the same time as the mains, but if there isn't one, they might like to add it. Thanks for a great experience.
