Melanie, what an absolute super woman you are!! We had a party of 36 and you did not miss a beat. You made sure that we were all taken care of and when meals were delayed or missing, you followed up right up to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thankyou for your care and exceptional customer service skills. Our experience was positive however we felt bad for the staff who were very busy and run off their feet.

I hadn't been to The Hallam for a meal in quite some time as the last time was not nice. It was around the time they did renovations but I decided to give it another try and I was so happy I did. The garlic bread with bacon was the best I've ever had. It was so delicious and the fish was full of flavour. I will be going back again, very soon as I need more of that garlic bread. I take my hat off to the chef. A very enjoyable meal.

Hallam Hotel has a great environment and a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was great, and pre-ordering made things convenient for us. The service staff did their best and were polite and helpful throughout our visit. However, it did feel like they were understaffed, as the team seemed quite exhausted while trying to cater to everyone’s needs. With better staffing support, the overall service experience could be even better.

Outstanding service, delicious food, and an amazing atmosphere! We recently had a function here for my mum's 70th and were blown away by how well everything was organised. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The atmosphere was perfect for a celebration — warm, vibrant, and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for any occasion!
