An exceptional stay at Hilton Little Queen Street, Melbourne! We absolutely loved the personalised touches throughout our stay, the rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The service was truly top-notch; every staff member was attentive, polite, and always ready to help even before we had to ask. A special shout-out to Hayley, Jason, Jayana, and Harrison, and to everyone else who made our stay so memorable, your warmth and professionalism did not go unnoticed. From the minute you step into the hotel you feel so welcome. The staff are so friendly, accommodating. This is my first time at the hotel, I come to Melbourne two times a year. Definitely, this the hotel to stay in Melbourne.. It is immaculate. Beautiful decor. Room nicely decorated. Ample amenities. Beds are so comfortable. Quiet. I asked for additional hangers, within 5 minutes they were in my room. I was very impressed. Continental breakfast could improve. That was my only complaint. Should have more options. Location of the hotel was wonderful, tram right outside the hotel. Looking forward to my next visit.

The room and location were good, and most aspects of the hotel met expectations. However, breakfast service at the egg station was disappointing. On 27th of dec morning, I ordered 2 sunny side up eggs and was asked to return in THREE minutes. When I came back, my order had not been properly kept or tracked and was instead given to another guest. When I checked with staff, the original order was not recognised, and I was asked to order again, without any clear explanation or apology. I said to the staff i wouldn't need them and finished breakfast accordingly. While I understand that breakfast service can be busy, the lack of coordination between staff and poor handling of a simple order negatively affected the experience. This level of service did not align with what I would normally expect from a Hilton property. With better communication and order management during breakfast, the overall experience could be improved. Regarding the gym facilities: The gym includes a few cardio & treadmills, one dual-arm cable machine, and a dumbbell station. The equipment is new and well maintained. However, the overall gym space is quite small and does not appear to be sized appropriately for a five-star hotel. When several guests are using the gym at the same time, the layout may feel inconvenient and, objectively, could potentially raise safety concerns. This setup may be less comfortable for guests expecting a more spacious five-star gym experience.

Cozy place, nicely located in the center and only few steps away from everything. The reception and check in process was very smooth. The room is nicely decorated and equipped with basic amenities. The breakfast has nice variety to offer. ( for diamond members, you only get continental buffet and it does cost 10$ to get hot breakfast ). The restaurant has cozy vibes and the service is overall good. The lounge is small lovely and has some good snacks. The gym is small but nicely equipped.

Amazing products in the bathroom. The shower gel smelled amazing and the shampoo and conditioner were lovely. The breakfast is probably the best one I've had on this trip and we stopped in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney. The location was also great. Walking distance to Marvel Stadium, a trolley stop right outside the hotel, walking distance to AC/DC Lane and Fitzroy Garden. All the arcades for shopping were amazing to browse. Highly recommend staying here.
