Family stayed for 2 nights for long weekend visit. The Front desk is super lovely and very accommodating. Really appreciated the brief interaction with all of them, they were the highlight to this hotel. Housekeeping is extremely minimum, nothing on Sundays so you have to call for towels and amenities,. We had quite a dirty room (could see bits of rubbish near foot of bed. When I cleaned the bath tub, we could see someone's nail clippings in there). Beds were super comfy, the pillows inspired me to go buy another one for home. Enjoyed the gym and pool but always out of towels in the morning. Intercepted staff twice to replenish. Very standard feel for 4 star, don't mind it for overnight. Heaps of hotels in the area, think I'll try another place next time I'm in Melbourne.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect and made everything so easy. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay — we would happily return.

This was an easy 10min walk from the Train stations with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. I was on the 6th floor and there was no street noise. The buffet breakfast was tasty and the room (1bed apartment) was large and clean. No problems at all and all 4 elevators kept things moving quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here Sunday 26th to see MJ The Musical. We were greeted by Van who checked us in, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcomed. Originally booking a 2 bdr apartment, we were given a dual key 2 bdr apartment, so lots of room, a comfy bed with everything we needed, it was greatly appreciated. The car park next door was superb with the hotel having their own exclusive, secure area in the car park for guests, with a lift straight into the hotel. Breakfast the next day was great! The staff are terrific, all wiith a smile on their face and they cant do enough to make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend Mantra on Russell for your inner city stay, close to China Town, Bourke St, Melbourne Central etc.

I was pleasantly surprised at the rooms at the Mantra. Spacious well appointed room, very clean. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms were old but well maintained. The place has a gym, lovely indoor pool and a sauna. Great spot if you like to visit China town. Food choices nearby were fantastic
