Stayed at the mantra with my two daughters just to spend some quality time together. It was a two bedroom corner apartment. The view was great and the size of the apartment made you feel like we all had space. We had everything we needed. The bedrooms were a good size. Bathroom is a basic colour and design but functional. I would probably suggest a bit more colour and warmth in the rooms as they are very grey. The breakfast was a buffet with a fair choice but the coffee was cold. Our overall stay was great and the staff were really lovely and parking was a breeze. I will definitely return.

Stayed here for a night on 24/12 and the guest room needs a bit of upgrade especially bathroom as the shower head was really low and its difficult to use even though i am not a tall guy. Shout out to the front desk guys both check in and out. They were both friendly and professional. Its not fun to work on Christmas day and Christmas eve but they demonstrated professionalism. Well done!

I requested a balcony with the spa. When checking in, there was no mention of no balcony. The apartment was small and no where to manage our luggage. The TV in the Bedroom was no functioning due possibly to poor connection. We requested this to be fixed but not done. The toilet seat would no stay up and the Spa looked unhygienic. On the positive side we were given an extra hour for check-out and the staff were very pleasant. We would have gone to the restaurant “MEZZI” but the reviews were not good. The apartment needs to be refreshed and renovated. Also state what apartments come with a balcony and which dont.

Family of 4, with 12 and 14yo boys, stayed two nights. Impressed by the size of the apartment, and appreciated the full facilities including kitchen and washing machine. The included breakfast was great, as was the pool and spa. Really the best of both worlds of a hotel and an Airbnb. Great location 2 minutes from the south bank, too

The room was grotty we had to clean the glasses and mugs, we had to get the hotel to clean the grime in the bath room cuboard, the return air grill at the door was matted with dirt, then our room was not made up while we were at a wedding, no clean towls, bed wasnt made coffee was not replenished. No welcome drinks until i asked, no bar open and no restrant open, breakfast is the worst in the city Well below an acceptable level, when we lost our room key the attended was rood and dismissive. We as accor menbers expect and desver better we have stayed here before this year and similar issue not as bad as this time We will not be back to this site
