Complimentary shuttle to airport runs regularly, no booking ahead required. Convenient and very comfortable stay when needing to catch an early flight the next day. Best check in experience I've had in a long time, friendly energy and easy competence in sorting out my employer's booking error. Shout-out to Mike at front desk. Restaurant team were lovely as well.

We stayed for one night at the Mantra Melbourne Airport on 09.02.25 pre a flight. The woman that checked us in at the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. She was a delight. And dinner in the restaurant was fabulous. The waiter was again another wonderful staff member, with exceptional attention to detail and so friendly. The pumpkin salad was delicious, as were the salty crisp chips. Our stay was a surprise in the quality of the service and the food, and would not hesitate to recommend breaking your trip and enjoying a stay beside the airport. Thanks Mantra.

10th February 2026 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful service at Mantra Tullamarine. From the moment I arrived, Mike at reception was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful after my long three hour drive. He assisted me with my luggage, organised my dinner reservation, and made sure I was comfortable and well looked after. He even checked in during my meal to ensure everything was great. Shuttle service is brilliant, checking in has always been pleasant being a platinum member you are looked after. Dining room is another story, food was not edible from entree to main meal, the Caesar salad with what chicken I found was dry and brown, other main meal pork chop was tough and dry the host was not engaging or helpful because we had not eaten I asked for a bowl of wedges to be sent to room, the smallest bowl I have ever seen cost $21.00 which included room service. Really not good enough when he stated he would look after us. We have been staying is this hotel 4 years and will not come back.

This was a most comfortable stay, so much so that I opted to stay another night (because I could!) rather than late check out after the first night, as I had a late flight. Changed the flight to the next day and stayed another night, with an upgrade for the same price. Their airport shuttle service is a bonus and really well run, with clear instructions as to where to meet up at Melbourne Airport. That was really helpful too.
