Location - awesome. The main draw card for this hotel. Service on this day was average as it was not very informative and delivered in a " Well you can guess the rest manner" -(training issue) The signage on the main door is misdirecting. Swipe card here is written over a box but the actual swipe mechanism is a few feet to the left. This had two groups in panic mode as they could not enter. (Easy fix). The room - we found the drop blind the next day, it was cleverly concealed in the window with the black cord on the black frame. ( very hard to see if you don't know) Bathroom- Definately needs a scrub. Like many hotels, this gets a quick wipe over everyday. But the clears signs of built up grime in the grout screams out for a real good scrub with and industrial cleaning product. Aircondioner unit looks like it is about to fall of the ceiling . Summary, all of these are housekeeping items that can be remedied to make the experience just that little nicer, but as stated before the location is unquestionably outstanding. In comparison to a 4 star in Asia this would be a 2 star hotel. All said, I will come back as the location is still worth paying over $200 for the night.

Nice, comfortable location near the Yarra River offering scenic views and a short walk to nearby attractions and Melbourne CBD. Clean, quiet, big room with good service from the housekeeping, front desk and restaurant teams 👍. In room amenities like the kitchenette, towels and hairdryer were very convenient and thoughtful. Huskee cups are adorable, love the environmental thoughtfulness behind it. The water quality and pressure is also good. Very happy, would return

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel feels quite new, very clean, and the location near the Yarra River is truly fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but honestly, it had everything I needed. For me, this hotel truly deserves a 5-star review. Highly recommended!

Self check in was straight forward which took no more than 5 minutes. Queen room was average as you would expect for a 2-3 star hotel, the bathroom needs to be renovated. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Towels were thin and rough. Room service needs major Improvement/training. Cutleries left unwashed, rubbish not emptied, they don’t vacuum the floor. Only thing they do was make up your bed and provide new towels. Location was great, that is pretty much it.

Had an enjoyable stay, staff were helpful and friendly, but maybe a couple more were needed at rush hour in the morning when trying to get a coffee from cafe. Room was kept clean, but mabe cold water in the fridge would be nice, the bottle they gave us didn't fit. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
