Came on a rainy Sunday afternoon and the place was absolutely heaving with birthday functions, and big groups, but the staff were all still amazingly friendly, and food and drinks orders came out in good time. Great place for families, the games room, playground and photo booth and all a bit with the kids. Good vibes inside, feels very welcoming. Decent food and drinks orders came options, and excellent music playlist too! Thanks for having us Moon Dog World.

Was invited here for a birthday dinner and it was a really great night, my young boys loved the playground and the free pinballs on the Monday! Staff was very helpful and friendly and was an all round great place.. oh another thing that I was pleased with, the toilets were clean and I definitely appreciated that 👏🏼

There’s a varied menu that caters to diverse tastes, offering everything from classic comfort foods to unique dishes that make the dining experience memorable. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring that each guest feels valued. They go above and beyond to accommodate any requests, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. Pricing is reasonable, especially given the quality and portion sizes, making it a great value for families. It's worth noting that there is a 15% surcharge on public holidays, which is well-communicated and fairly standard for many places, given the holiday operating costs. Parking is convenient and secure, with a spacious lot available behind the venue. This is especially helpful as the front of the restaurant has some “no parking” zones, so guests should plan to park at the back to avoid any inconvenience. On a warm day, their beer selection is a fantastic way to cool down. They offer a variety of options to suit different preferences, from refreshing lagers to richer ales, enhancing the experience, especially if you’re seated outdoors. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to relax and enjoy time with family, while also appealing to casual diners who appreciate a lively atmosphere. The entire family enjoyed the vibe, and it’s definitely a place we would return to for future occasions.

On my visit, I found nothing to fault. Granted, it wasn't during the busy rush, or at peak capacity. Thankfully, you are able to pay with cash at the bar, and are not locked into QR code or card only payments. Yes, there is beer, as one would expect of such a venue. As well as a whole host of other beverage options to keep things intresting. Form my experience, all the food I saw ordered came out in a timely manner; not rushed, nor delayed. Kitchen has the timimg well done. Excellent bar staff, who, for the most part are up for an in depth chat about various boozy options. Staff were attentive, polite and efficient. This venue does attract the bigger crowds, but if you time it well, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Crowd pleaser and family favorites menu, that is worth having a taste of any time you're in.
