I had an amazing experience with the Novotel on Collins. We were warmly welcomed by the concierge desk and reception, check in was extremely easy and we were pleased to have been allocated to a room on the top floor. My partner and I were staying to celebrate our anniversary, and the staff had gifted us a complimentary bottle of wine for the occasion. Location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the train station. Room service was quick and the food was decent too. Our main highlight was the house keeping staff member Andrew, every time we came across him, he greeted us and offered his assistance. Super pleased with my experience here. Will be coming back here in the future

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel at Collins. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making the stay very relaxing. The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and always helpful, which really made a difference. The location was very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transport. Overall, everything about the stay was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Central to everything in the CBD and in a great location. Friendly staff and comfortable beds made our stay pleasant overall. However, there seemed to be limited lift service; although there are three lifts, only one or two appeared to be operating, so waiting times could be quite long. The air-conditioning was also difficult to control, as the temperature could not be set around 24 degrees and was either too cold at about 21–22 degrees or too warm above 25 degrees. Breakfast was generally good with decent quality food and a fun DIY juice station, but the coffee quality was disappointing.

Excellent stay over Christmas. Spacious rooms that are well appointed. Staff friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Food and service was great. Excellent location - restaurants, cafes, and shops all within a 5 minute walk. I’ll definitely stay again.

I never saw clean glasses by the water cooler with the lemons & oranges. Always left with dirty glasses. When I finally was able to retrieve a clean glass from the bar I was surprised to taste that the water was warm, not cool or cold. On my second day I had so much difficulty trying to order room service. No one answered the phone, operator didn’t answer & also the reception. I had to call the outside main line & select that I was calling to make a booking just to get someone to answer. I had two food trays stacked at my for a whole day and evening with no one collecting them. They were still there on the morning I checked out. Very disappointing. I was expecting better. My friend & I had ordered coffee at the bar on our arrival. After waiting for 30 minutes I glanced up at the bar staff to see them standing around chatting, one of them kept sneaking off behind the side door sipping a drink. I went up to ask how much longer we had to wait to find out that they had forgotten, even though I had paid for them there
