14th February 2026- Peppers Marysville Rooms will proportioned and bed super comfortable. Pillow on bed hard but i found a softer one in the cupboard. Bathroom lacking in toiletries such as nail file, comb, razor etc. No slippers, dressing gown or water supplied which was very disappointing. Room very quiet. Stayed in 231 which faced north and overlooked parkland. Pool didn't appear to be heated so was very cold despite being the middle of summer. Pool small. Gym small but functional. Needs to supply water in room and gym and more equipmentin gym. Staff friendly. Room cleaned daily. On site car parking is plentiful. Centrally located in town but not a lot to do in town. An espresso coffee machine should be provided in room. Nice stay overall.

Our recent stay at Peppers Marysville was disappointing and far below our expectations from what we had seen online and from other Peppers properties we have visited. We arrived around 8:30PM and nobody was at the reception desk. we waited for over half an hour for someone to finally appear and check us in despite calling the property earlier in day and being notified that check in is open until 10PM. Once at the room the heater was not working at all, and was not allowing it to be turned on. Phone call to reception about this and of course nobody was there. the next morning i approached reception about it and they advised it will be reset and working in around 10 mins. later in the day returned to our room and still not working. advised reception a total of 3 times that day and they were still not able to fix it for the duration of our stay. other notable issues with the room were stained and torn carpets, water damaged doors in the bathroom and no ventilation in the bathroom. The breakfast service was very good and worthwhile. Carpark is a long walk from rooms which was fine with us but would be a major issue for some of the elderly or people with disabilities / children. We will never stay at this accommodation again and have already told our friends that were planning to stay there to find other accommodation.

Our friends and family stayed over Christmas Day, and we truly enjoyed the stay. The accommodation was very comfortable, and the service was impeccable. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding dedication of the staff who worked during the holidays. A special mention goes to Klaus, the General Manager—hats off to him for supporting his team and personally working on Christmas Day and the following day. Overall, the stay was excellent, and this is definitely a hotel we would love to visit again.

The hotel is great for a night away, rooms are basic but comfortable and in very good condition. We had pre-booked dinner but was told there was no booking for us but this was resolved at check in which was a good thing because the food was amazing and we would return for the food. There was a couple of tiny issues - our food arrived very quickly before our food and I think the menus should be better than a printed sheet of paper but these are tiny gripes that didn't take away from the experience. Breakfast was very good also.

Marysville is a nice little getaway spot. There are a lot of hiking/walking/cycling opportunities nearby in the foothills of the high country. Peppers is pleasant and comfortable with a great breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and well serviced. The rooms aren't cramped but they're not big and spacious either. The staff are friendly and helpful when you need them.
