I had a lovely time visiting o the Potter Museum of Art! The museum has such a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The current exhibition, "A velvet ant, a flower and a bird," is absolutely wonderful. Many original art pieces fir this. Some are very thought-provoking and beautifully curated.Unrekated to the current exhibit, I also loved that they offer free workshops from time to time Highly recommend stopping by if you're near the University of Melbourne campus! The exhibition is free of charge! Accessible to all the floors with elevator! 🥰

Small museum located on the Uni of Melbourne campus. Astonishing exhibitions on in August 2025... 65,000 years - A short history of Australian Art.. looking a First Nation's Art and artifact.. and how it has always been an expression of culture. Just a reminder the museum opens at 11 am

I love it to be here, the place is very comfortable and has a complete collection. I found that there is a connection between the indigenous people with Indonesian Culture in Celebes island.

Arriving through the newly redeveloped entrance of the Potter Museum of Art, guests are welcomed by the striking architectural brilliance of Wood Marsh Architects. Bold concrete columns and dramatic black volumes create a sophisticated contrast against crisp white walls and polished floors. This contemporary space sets the scene for celebrations that demand something extraordinary.
