Pullman is such a great hotel - staff were fantasic, suite was fabulous, lounge was lovely and restaurant was great. We had a lovely view of the MCG and Fitzroy Gardens - you could hear the trains a little but it did not bother us at all - if you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. Suite was comfortable and spacious. Lounge was not staffed during the day but you could use your key card to access and there were plenty of soft drinks, tea, coffee on offer - snacks were limted and could have had a few more choices. Evening drinks and canapes had a great selection. Car parking (for a fee) was super easy. Restaurant had a good menu and food was great, the service from Julia was impeccable anda real highlight! She is an absolute asset to Pullman on the Park.

How did the rating get down to 4.3? I think it’s fabulous here. Lovely atmosphere around the lobby. The place is immaculate. The rooms far exceeded expectations-I think recently renovated as everything felt brand new. Beautiful views of the MCG as well. Friendly staff. I think it must have improved recently. Highly recommend.

I have stayed here once, many years ago. And just spent 2 nights here again. The location is perfect. Close enough to the city without being amongst the hustle. The rooms are immaculately appointed. Clean, comfortable and have everything you need for a short stay. Also had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food and service was amazing. Everything from check in to check out was seamless and perfect. Special thanks and mention to Luna at reception for her lovely manner and helpfulness. She was an absolute joy to deal with. Thank you Pullman.

Ten out of ten for customer service, lovely reception staff and attentive concierge staff. Nothing was too much trouble, service was with a smile. Room was beautiful, and clean and everything smelt fresh. The late night 24/7 food provision was fantastic after our concert outing. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, with a vast menu to choose from. Staff were attentive and extremely professional. We felt very welcome. The only place I will consider staying at in the future. Thank you everyone at the Pullman, much appreciated.

I was initially very disappointed when my pre-booked Great Ocean Road tour was unexpectedly cancelled. However, my experience completely turned around thanks to the incredible kindness and dedication of Miss Se Min Park at the reception. She went out of her way to contact other tour companies and genuinely tried her best to help me secure another booking. Because of her sincere efforts, I was still able to enjoy the tour, and I was deeply touched by her thoughtfulness and care. On the day of the tour, I also accidentally left my bag in a taxi and felt completely lost about what to do. Once again, the hotel staff acted quickly and kindly by contacting the taxi company and the driver. When I returned from the tour, my bag had already been safely recovered and kept at the hotel. I cannot express how relieved and grateful I was. The breakfast was wonderful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made my trip truly comfortable and relaxing. Pullman Hotel provided not just a place to stay, but a sense of genuine care and hospitality. I will definitely choose Pullman Hotel again in the future. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience.
