⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay – Highly recommended! My parents and I had a truly wonderful experience at Punthill Apartment Hotels – Sunshine. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The housekeeping team was also professional and attentive. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It felt very comfortable and homely, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The overall service and experience exceeded our expectations. If we visit Sunshine again, we would definitely choose to stay here. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Had a fantastic stay at Punthill Sunshine. The room was huge and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-furnished, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 11 nights. Rooms was sparkling clean and equipped with all the necessities (washer & dryer, oven, microwave & dishwasher). Staff was friednly and helpful and hotel location was convinient. 5 mins from Susnhine station and easy access with SkyBus as well.

First time booking a room with my partner and I, Priskila Lueth made the whole experience magical and so easy, barely lifted a finger. It was incredible customer service from her and when I complimented her for her outstanding work, she was so humble and modest. 100/10 hire. Great job guys! I booked 12 nights，and I can’t even stay to the second. This place is nothing but a prison. At the water bar, there were insects flying around. The towels in the room were visibly dirty and did not appear freshly washed, tiny little window for fresh air and sunshine which is interesting the place called sunshine and people can barely see any of them in the hotel which sun never shine. I don’t even wanna mention the distance is so far away from market if you don’t drive, and 35 dollar extra charge if you park there. I only stay for one night, After multiple rounds of communication between the booking platform and hotel, plus sincerely begging form myself they were unwilling to refund even a single cent. I booked 12 nights but only stayed for one night. And now I choose to move to another hotel which is not much expensive and cozy. save your money for somewhere else, I assure you every hotel in Melbourne would be more worth.
