Friendly staff. Rooms were being refurbished so there was some noise disturbance a bit too early in the morning. The rooms definitely need that refurbish though. Bed was on its last legs, so was the TV. Surfaces were dusty. Shower head is weirdly placed over a very small bath, so very cramped. Rest of room facilities were fine. Ridiculously overpriced for the quality of the room - should've been a quarter of the price. Was also disappointed that the spa isn't open at night, as I was spending my days out and about, and had hoped to come back to the spa. The staff member told me to put the keycard into a slot to turn the lights on but that...wasn't even needed? Was given wifi password but didn't need it? Not really a complaint just odd that the staff seem to be operating on an older version of the accommodation?

In a good location. Receptionist was friendly but failed to state the height of car park. Was refunded parking fee. Room was clean but no coffee except two pods, receptionist gave us two sachets she found. In the morning we discovered that there was also no sugar and the milk was off- small pods of milk were lumpy and also the small long life carton was open and also lumpy (off). Phoned for help via mobile but got through to after hours who told us he would try and get some help but it didn’t happen and we left/checked out and couldn’t wait. Also the hairdryer had no filter on the back and when used my wife’s hair got sucked into the back of the hairdryer- this is extremely unsafe. The phone in room doesn’t work even though there are instructions on how to use and reach reception. Lastly front doors are extremely heavy and unsuitable to walk through with suitcases.

The room is clean. Friendly area, receiptionist is so kind and supports a lot. There is the private balcony and root top where you can see Melbourne port. This place is amazing

Very basic but convenient & friendly staff (Annabelle). No extras like water bottle or biscuits etc. Bate over shower Balcony area closes early (7pm) so no access to hot tub, but great view of city from the public Balcony.

Stayed one night in September 2025 in a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and laundry. Big pluses: Fantastic location, and really good value. Gripes: small TV and the furnishings are a little tired.
