Great location and service. Good size suite with pretty much all you need. Very friendly staff and great location. We were there for AO tennis , from the hotel to the water taxi is very easy to get to. The suits were big and bright, there are washing/drying machine and dishwasher which made the stay easy . The cleaning crew and the room service staff were very friendly which made our stay more comfortable. Maybe the room can be cleaner, the toilet seat is not soft closing and there were stain marks which we were quite surprised with a 5 star hotel…. Also, you do get noise quite a lot because of its location, It can be quite noise at times. The balcony doors aren’t quite soundproof enough….we thought maybe we didn’t close the doors properly but it wasn’t the case.

The gentlemen on reception in the evening were extremely attentive - nothing was too much trouble. Loved the upgrade/birthday gift. The location was perfect- right behind Hamer Hall for the concert we were seeing. Being able to park early before the show so close to the attraction made this Hotel a perfect choice. The included breakfast was yummy with the bonus of a Barista made coffee. It was our first time at this hotel but definitely won’t be the last. New favorite for sure.

I had a nearly perfect stay here. The rooms are great, the staff lovely, the location perfect and the pool and spa were lovely. I had a balcony with a river view which was amazing. I only marked it down slightly because room service is limited but it was overall great value for money and I was very glad I stayed there.

Quay West Suites far exceeded my expectations. The room looked like it was new and was well-appointed. (So often hotel website photos don't match the current condition of the room, that was NOT the case at Quay West Suites.) The location was great for walking along Southbank or into the CBC. The tram station is also a short walk. Daily housekeeping was one of the best I've experienced. Overall, I highly recommend

We had a great stay in Southbank. The location was excellent, close to the river, transport, and plenty of dining options, which made getting around Melbourne very easy. The apartment was well appointed and thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay and one we would happily return to.
