I stayed with several friends to celebrate my birthday in Melbourne. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special. The suite and facilities were exceptional in comfort and cleanliness. From the moment we stepped up to the curb to the moment we left, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food options available. The location is fabulous and within easy walking distance to many entertainment and dining hubs. The view from our room was second to none. I will definitely be booking a stay here again!

Quay West Suites far exceeded my expectations. The room looked like it was new and was well-appointed. (So often hotel website photos don't match the current condition of the room, that was NOT the case at Quay West Suites.) The location was great for walking along Southbank or into the CBC. The tram station is also a short walk. Daily housekeeping was one of the best I've experienced. Overall, I highly recommend

We stayed at Quay West Suites on Sunday night. It had been a while since our last stay, but returning to the same warmth and hospitality was an absolute comfort. From booking to check out time , Jackie, Malcolm and James, as always, were so welcoming and kind. The same goes for the lovely staff at the buffet breakfast. Even though they are very busy, they always take the time to make sure it was a great way to start the day. I was hoping to stay again soon after Christmas, but the room type I need is full , as they are always busy make sure you book in advance if you want to stay, or you’ll miss out. The location, the food, the rooms, the atmosphere, and in particular the staff are all five-star. Thanks, as always, for taking such good care of us.

Was really looked after by staff in every area. Buffet was delicious and staff very professional, polite and accommodating, especially James, what a great man, he went above and beyond to help with all things and even to take the time to share conversation with us. I especially appreciate kindness when spending money but this man made you feel like you're a friend. All the staff were polite and lovely and kept the room topped up with towels and supplies, made the sofa bed and even the gift for my brothers birthday. We were very impressed and grateful. All of this excellent service really did help it to make it a special weekend. There's nothing worse than spending hard earned money to have a rest or to create a special time for someone and then have rude lazy service provided BUT you guys EXCELLED so hats off to you and keep up the great attitude and work! We will certainly stay again in future. Can't speak highly enough and again, 7 out of 5 stars goes to James. 💖🙏🥰

Great location and service. Good size suite with pretty much all you need. Very friendly staff and great location. We were there for AO tennis , from the hotel to the water taxi is very easy to get to. The suits were big and bright, there are washing/drying machine and dishwasher which made the stay easy . The cleaning crew and the room service staff were very friendly which made our stay more comfortable. Maybe the room can be cleaner, the toilet seat is not soft closing and there were stain marks which we were quite surprised with a 5 star hotel…. Also, you do get noise quite a lot because of its location, It can be quite noise at times. The balcony doors aren’t quite soundproof enough….we thought maybe we didn’t close the doors properly but it wasn’t the case.
