Pub
•Rich in culture, rich in history, rich in sport – this is Richmond. And in the heart of all its glory lies Richmond Club Hotel; an iconic Melbourne pub built in the late 1800’s. If walls could talk, ours would tell a thousand tales of heartache and euphoria, revelry and roistering.
Originally known as the Duke of Richmond, this humble pub has proudly satiated the thirst of locals and wanderers for over 140 years with no intention of slowing down. Now boasting a traditional public bar, beer garden, dining room, dance floor and rooftop with epic views of Melbourne’s skyline, Richmond Club Hotel is everyone’s pub.

We rocked up from.the City on a quiet Tuesday lunchtime. We packed the place put unexpectedly and the staff were AMAZING. So polite and apologetic. No apologies needed. You weren't expecting such a crowd on Tuesday and you all did an awesome job. The drinks were delish and food pretty good. Thanks for yoir service and friendliness! Will recommend you!
We had a lovely steak and parma for the Wednesday night special. It was cooked perfectly. Beth was our waitress and she was amazing - she had the most wonderful personality. She was so bubbly and happy to have a chat with us while still delivering great service to everyone in the restaurant. Will definitely be coming back!
Came here for a team lunch recently and had a great experience. Two of our group ordered the schnitzel and only realised upon arrival that it contained prosciutto, which they couldn't eat due to their Muslim faith. Without any fuss, the team replaced both dishes with brand new schnitzels, ensuring there was no cross-contamination from the pork, and didn't charge extra. That kind of thoughtfulness and care is rare and genuinely appreciated. A big thank you to the staff at Richmond Club Hotel for going above and beyond to make sure everyone at the table felt looked after. We'll definitely be back for another work lunch with the team.
White a disappointing bottomless brunch today. They’d run out of cranberry juice for one of the three cocktail jugs. Don’t know why they didn’t just go to Coles three doors down the road. The food took a long time to be prepared despite the place being quiet. Everyone’s chips were cold. And it wasn’t even brunch. The menu was entirely lunch, and mostly burgers.
My husband ordered the steak sandwich which was ok but the chips were limp and cold. I ordered the Barramundi Massaman Curry which was very tasty but the accompanying potatoes were undercooked and inedible. We love the atmosphere, friendly staff and that I can get a sparkling wine that is not prosecco. Our visit was early evening 21 Jan 26
