Stovetop is a stylish café offering a typical Melbourne brunch menu with some Asian, Italian and middle-eastern touches and a cabinet of sweet and savoury croissants, sandwiches, pies and slices. I had the benny that was light and tasty. The long black was dark and bitter - in a good way. The service very attentive and friendly. A nice mix of indoor and outdoor seating options.

It’s the best place for breakfast, and the scrambled eggs are made with love—absolutely delicious. The tea, served in a traditional teapot, is not to be missed. I highly recommend this spot and will visit again. Special thanks to Mr. Elyas for the warm greetings and hospitality.

They engaged with everyone in such a natural and respectful manner, creating an atmosphere that made all our guests feel valued and appreciated. Throughout the conference, our staff and exhibitors were tenderly looked after between sessions, with thoughtful offers of freshly prepared coffees and refreshments. These small acts of kindness made a significant difference during a busy two-day event and were greatly appreciated by everyone involved. On a personal note, I must mention the chai latte, which was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the conference for me. Having enjoyed chai lattes in many cafés over the years, I can honestly say that I have never tasted a better one. It was perfectly balanced, beautifully crafted, and absolutely memorable. George and Elias should be congratulated for creating such a unique café and for bringing the same passion, dedication, and joy to their catering services for external organisations. Their commitment to excellence shines through not only in the quality of their food and beverages but also in the genuine warmth and generosity with which they serve their customers. Food quality is superb with a great variety of delicious selections. With just a week’s notice, the team went above and beyond to organise everything flawlessly. The atmosphere was so welcoming, the customer service was exceptional, and the staff were attentive to every single detail — they truly didn’t let me lift a finger all night.
